Gusta Sourdough Pizza is an intimate little pizzeria in the neighbourhood of Serangoon and located a stone’s throw away from the bustling NEX mall.
Step into a charming, industrial-chic space where handcrafted sourdough pizzas take centerstage. Each pizza is made using traditional Italian methods, but with a fresh, modern twist. Experience the uniquely delicious qualities of natural fermentation: the pizza dough is slow-fermented for up to 72 hours, yielding pizzas with a real depth of flavour, and a crisp crust with the perfect chew.
OUR PROCESS
Our dough is prepared fresh daily, using a proprietary blend of Japanese flours. The dough is fermented naturally with our sourdough starter and the resulting bases are topped and baked in a 500°c Italian pizza oven for just 90 seconds, resulting in pizzas with the typical hallmarks of a Neo-Napolitano style pizza.
